Nilesh has received recognition for being a good role model. He plays tuba in his school’s band and
participates in math competitions. He was a semifinalist in the 2004 Discovery Channel Young Scientist
Challenge. Nilesh holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He participated in the 2004 national finals.
